Camp Dirty Knees!
Registration for CDK 2025
Opens to the Public on April 15th
The registration link will be live around 8:30 AM.
Camp Dirty Knees will take place at the Carroll County Ag Center, located at 900 Newnan Rd, Carrollton, on June 3rd, 4th, and 5th, from 9:00 AM to Noon each day. This event is open to boys and girls aged 7-12, with a fee of $30 for each child enrolled, payable with the enrollment packet.
Every child will receive a t-shirt and cap as part of the program, along with several projects to take home. Each morning will feature a guest speaker who will kick off the day with an engaging presentation designed to encourage questions and stimulate curiosity.
The enrollment form is straightforward if your child is a current member of Carroll County 4-H for this calendar year. If they are not a member, you will receive the necessary 4-H Application, 4-H Code of Conduct, and Medication Form via email from our 4-H coordinator. These forms must be up to date for attendance at camp. All activities for children conducted by the Carroll County Master Gardeners are part of the UGA 4-H program.
When registering online, payment must be made online (via PayPal or card). Alternatively, you can visit the Carroll County Ag Center to complete the forms and pay with cash or check. All fees must be paid at the time of form submission to secure registration.
Registration will close when camp reaches capacity (45 campers) or on May 20th, whichever occurs first. It's advisable to register early to ensure your child's spot, as registration filled within 36 hours last year.
If your child would like to be placed with a friend or sibling, please indicate this on the application, and we will do our best to accommodate the request.
Please note that camp staff will only administer ice and band-aids for minor injuries.
We eagerly anticipate welcoming all the children and hope they have a wonderful experience with us. For further information, feel free to email your questions or concerns to ccjmgs001@gmail.com or call the Ag Center at (770) 386-8546.
